Little girls playing around on their instruments, practicing Ode to Joy for their class talent show.  Their talk is easy and fast, as they figure things out.

What constrains us (the adult species) from the ease of solving a problem together, like they're doing now?  There's too much having to know (everything) or having to be (the expert).  What if you could make adult learning more like child's play? What would it look like?  I'm trying to picture it with the staff that I work with, but it's hard.

What makes learning fun?   Can we remember?  I hope so.
